New Ban Appeal Format

A Staff Member will review the information and assess the status of your ban. If you have been banned for cheating or using an exploit (hack) it is very unlikely that you will be unbanned.

If you do not provide enough information the Staff Member Team will not be able to review your situation.

Rules for appealing a ban:
-You must use the correct format and provide all relevant details (see below).
-Do not post more than one Ban Appeal thread per incident.
-Do not post an appeal for anyone but yourself.

Invalid reasons for disputing a ban:
-You are sorry.
-You didn't know the rules.
-You are a donator.
-You didn't think the item, skill, or spell was banned anymore or in that specific situation and chose to ignore the rule.
-Your brother, mother, cousin, or dog did it. (you would never do anything like that)
-You were “hacked” and it was not you. (Unless you have concrete prof.)
-You shared your account information with “friend” and they hacked.(Unless you have concrete prof.)

Use this format to Dispute a Ban:

Reason why you think the ban should be lifted:

* Failure to fill in the above information fully will result in your appeal being denied and will earn you a warning on the forums.

So you do not waste our time, before you post a Ban Appeal, you must do the following:

* Check that you are actually banned.
* Check that the server/login is online.
* The information you provide in your Ban Appeal is complete and correct.
